    Jenna began her position as office manager in February 2017. She makes sure all customers receive prompt service and are well taken care of by working with our technicians and arranging their work schedules. She is also there to answer customer’s questions and listen to their concerns, ensuring that our customers stay happy and our technicians stay busy.

    Mechelle joined the Generators Plus+ team in May 2018 as Outside Sales Manager. She coordinates and operates the many home shows and trade shows we participate in throughout the year. She also spends her days spreading the word about Generators Plus+ by showcasing the many benefits that generators have to offer.

    James McCabe
    Lead Technician

    Jamie is our lead technician for all installations, service, and warranty work. Jamie was an airframe and power plant mechanic, flying crew chief, and an electrical and hydraulic system mechanic for 21 years. He then retired as a maintenance superintendent in 2007. He then worked for 5 years as a transient alert supervisor at the Charleston Air Force Base working all aircraft and helicopters not assigned to Charleston. In 2012, he relocated to West Virginia and completed factory training for both Generac and Kohler brands to become a certified technician.

    Mark joined the Generators Plus+ team with more than 30 years of knowledge and experience in the industry. He specializes in residential and commercial electrical and maintenance work with a strong mechanical and automotive background.

    Stan joined Generators Plus+ in October 2016. He has over 24 years of experience in the electrical industry and has been a great addition to the Generators Plus+ crew.

     Service Technician
    Jonathon began working for Generators Plus+ in November 2016. After having experience working on electrical systems and tanks in the National Guard, he quickly picked up the skills needed to install and service whole house generators. He completes most of our estimates and maintenance calls and has been a great addition to the Generators Plus+ team.
